The St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Eparchy of Chicago is an Eastern Catholic eparchy for Syro-Malabar Catholics in the United States. The eparchy, established in 2001, is one of the two eparchies of the Syro-Malabar Church outside India (the other is the Syro-Malabar Catholic Eparchy of Melbourne), and it has jurisdiction over Syro-Malabar Catholics in the entire US.
